Refund Policy

At Sellio, we provide a platform for users to buy and sell goods directly with each other. We do not sell products ourselves, so we are not directly involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.

No Direct Refunds
Sellio does not offer refunds for items purchased between users. All transactions are made at the users’ own responsibility.

Buyer & Seller Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

Agreeing on price, condition, and details before completing a deal
 Inspecting items before payment (when possible)
 Resolving any issues directly with each other

⚠️ Disputes

If a problem occurs, we encourage both parties to communicate and resolve it amicably. Sellio does not guarantee or mediate refunds or returns.
🚫 Prohibited Listings
If a listing violates our rules or involves fraud, we may remove the listing or restrict the account, but we are not responsible for financial losses.
Safety First
We recommend meeting in safe locations and verifying items before payment to avoid disputes.
